Shipping and Returns
Items are sent via Royal Mail signed for, Second or First class as selected by you at checkout.
Items in stock shall be dispached 3-5 working days from purchase.
Shipping costs for orders outside of the UK: Dispatched via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed. Total shipping time can be up to 2 weeks.
Hackley will not be held responsible for customs or duty fees. If you are purchasing internationally, please consider this before placing an order.
When items are sent to another country, your parcel is often handled by more than one postal service. Issues with delivery are more likely to occur with international orders.
£20 Flat Rate.
Please note that all shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. International orders may be subject to delays as a result of postal systems in each country.
Items not received but tracked as being delivered: Please note that we do not refund or replace items that are tracked as being delivered. For this reason, we always recommend that you get items delivered to your home address.
Hackley cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
Should you prefer to have your item shipped using an alternative courier or method please do not hesitate to contact us. Please note there would be an additional shipping charge with alternative couriers.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns on all standard items, excluding custom orders and seconds (as specified in listing) within 28 days of delivery. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and return the item to us in perfect (unused) condition, including labels and packaging, within 28 days of delivery. Details of where to send returned items shall be sent to you once you have contacted us to confirm the return.
If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the same procedure as with returns, and confirm clearly what you would like to exchange for the original item.
We would advise you to send any returns or exchanges back to us via recorded mail or courier, retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed we are in receipt of the goods. All returns are sent at you own cost. We cannot take responsibility for any items lost on their way back to us.
We shall issue a refund within two weeks of receiving your goods.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
