Shipping and Returns


Please note that shipping is slightly different during the current COVID-19 situation.

Our own safety and yours remains paramount at this time.  We are currently only dispatching items using Royal Mail standard shipping, making use of their parcel post boxes to minimise contact and exposure.  If you would prefer to delay the dispatch of your items until tracked mail is used, again please do not hesitate to contact us.  Alternatively please do not hesitate to get in touch if you would like to discuss the use of an alternative contactless courier.  Please note there would be an additional shipping charge with alternative couriers.



We accept returns on all standard items, excluding custom orders, within 28 days of delivery.  Please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and return the item to us in perfect (unused) condition, including labels and packaging, within 28 days of delivery.  Details of where to send returned items shall be sent to you once you have contacted us to confirm the return. 


If you wish to exchange your item, please follow the same procedure as with returns, and confirm clearly what you would like to exchange for the original item. 


We would advise you to send any returns or exchanges back to us via recorded mail or courier, retaining proof of postage until we have confirmed we are in receipt of the goods.  All returns are sent at you own cost.  We cannot take responsibility for any items lost on their way back to us.    


We shall issue a refund within two weeks of receiving your goods. 


This does not affect your statutory rights.
